I would start by teaching the students relationship skills, coping skills, and conflict resolution. Assess the students. Determine are they ESE is the behavior a result of a disability and then make time to use the resources listed under PBISWORLD aggressiveness/bullying and name calling. First step, would be to talk to the student I think because sometime a conversation with a trusted adult could go a long way. You may find information about the student and what they are going through that can help facilitate the correct responses and make the behavior stop.
