I have a TAG student who often needs directions restated for a better understanding. They ask questions that do not make sense with the directions given, or simple questions that I feel a TAG student should not have to ask. When I ask them to repeat the directions back to me, they become more confused. I am thinking it could possibly be anxiety or fear of failure. Any suggestions for interventions?
